    Visa Issues and Letters of Invitation

    If you are an AUTHOR of an accepted paper (regular, WIP, or workshop) and need a letter of invitation for a visa to enter the United States, please follow the following steps:

    USA.  I am also serving as the Program co-Chair for RTAS 2006 (International
    Real-Time and Embedded Technology and Applications Symposium). 
    Congratulations on getting your paper, "[put your title here]," accepted 
    in RTAS 2006.
    
    We invite you to attend the symposium and present your work. The symposium 
    will be held from April 4 to April 7, 2006 in San Jose, California, USA. 
    Please present this letter to a U.S. Consulate for the purpose of obtaining
